Peckham artist Sam Akpro has released his impressive Drift EP, following on from singles 'Swan' and 'Cove'. The record uses a combination of eerie indie chords and effortless vocals to create songs that pour from an honest source. The last track on the record, 'Juno', has been released alongside a black and white performance video directed by Ethan & Tom. The song uses slow and moody drums and bass, where symbols crawl during the chorus and Sam Akpro sings the surrendering vocal line, 'After all of these years, I've let shit go'. Electric guitar plucks are hung like leaves from a tree, swaying in the breeze, in sets of three.
